You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. bd7778 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time. KYC may require you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document and, where applicable, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. You must notify bd7778 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bd7778 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

• Providing false identity documentation or impersonating another individual during account registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code, algorithms, or data structures of any Platform component.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose other than personal recreational gambling, including reselling access, operating as an agent for third parties, or running an unlicensed betting operation.

All such offers are governed by specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict arises between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is satisfied will be forfeited without compensation. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of bd7778. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in civil and criminal liability.

bd7778 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical failures, network outages, payment processing delays, or unauthorised account access.

bd7778 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. bd7778 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime but accepts no liability for losses incurred during any period of unavailability.

In all cases, bd7778's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data submitted to bd7778 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. bd7778 collects personal information for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. bd7778 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bd7778 support team via Telegram at @bd7778support or by email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any balance remaining in the account — provided it does not consist entirely of unmet bonus funds subject to wagering requirements — will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five business days.

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution shall survive the termination of any Player account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bd7778 Platform that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute process described in Section 4 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Each party irrevocably submits to that jurisdiction for the purpose of settling any such dispute.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
